The teacher will endeavour to communicate with you and will ensure that all documentation and information is kept confidential.

Your lesson is scheduled at a particular time and on a particular day. If you are late or do not attend, you will not be refunded for the lesson. If you are late, your lesson will run until the end of the scheduled time. If your teacher cannot attend the lesson or experiences a technical issue that prevents the lesson from going ahead, you be able to reschedule that lesson at no charge.

You can reschedule lessons at no charge provided you reschedule at least 48 hours before the your lesson.

Please ensure that you have provided information about yourself or your child if the student is a child. If you are booking a lesson for yourself (an adult), you will receive a needs analysis questionnaire by email. Please complete this as soon as possible so that the teacher can adequately prepare a suitable lesson for you. If you are booking lessons to improve your writing or the writing of your child, please send a sample of your writing to the teacher well in advance of the lesson. It is fine if the piece of writing includes mistakes. This will help the teacher know where she can help you the most.

Please specify at the start if you would like homework for yourself or your child or not. Mostly, the teacher will set a homework task after each lesson. If the lesson is for a child, parents are responsible for monitoring and supervising a child's homework. To ensure that your child gets the most from the lessons, please prioritize the homework task. After each lesson, you will receive information about the homework task so that you are informed.

Please ensure that the student: Is punctual and polite Has a quiet place to learn without interruptions or distractions Ensures that his/her video is turned on Does not eat in class Does not wander off during the class Has adult support nearby if under 12 years of age.

Please submit your documents for editing via email. Please ensure that your document meet the required length limits and that you have provided the editor with any relevant information. Ensure that you have sent the documents in the specified timeframe, unless you have made a different arrangement with the editor before hand.
